What does it involve?
The audit requires us to spend one full day on site at your company. In advance of this day we will request some information from you on your current marketing approach, products and markets. Our day on-site will follow a structured approach and consists of 2-3 workshops that will enable us to gain a full understanding of your business issues.
The marketing audit can focus on your entire company, a segment of your business or a specific product line that needs focus and development.
